Supporting Students and Educators to Step Out of Survival Mode

Reduce overwhelm

Improve confidence and focus

Support healthier learning and working environments.

Real change happens when students and educators finally understand what's happening inside them — and have simple, practical tools they can use right now. These aren't coping strategies to survive the day. They're regulation skills that shift classroom culture, reduce burnout, and follow people home in the best way possible.

After 25 years in education—as a classroom teacher and faculty coach—I've watched brilliant students shut down, and dedicated educators burn out.
Not because they weren't trying.
Not because they lack the skills.
Because no one gave them the tools to regulate what was happening inside.
That's exactly what I do.

"Bonnie’s ability to bring independent professional educators from various backgrounds together for a common cause is a true gift. Coupled with
her skill in keeping the attention of a busy audience and inspiring them to prioritize self-care and support one another, she fostered cohesion within
my team. Bonnie alleviated the stress and fear of criticism associated with data review and professional development plans. As a result, educators
became more collaborative and confident in their pedagogy, leading to significant improvements in our most recent student climate survey.

"In addition, the school's overall student proficiency ratings for reading and math showed an increase of twenty-two percentage
pointsfrom 55% to 77%from 2022-2025, during and after Bonnie and I worked side-by-side to support the psychological safety of the
staff and focus on top-tier student outcomes."‍

Interactive Presentations for Secondary Students

Students can absorb new learning only when they feel safe and settled. With the tools to ease anxiety, students can relax and learn calmly.‍ ‍

My student presentations are interactive, engaging, and practical, equipping students with tools they can use immediately in school, social situations, extracurricular activities, and daily life. By focusing on energy
practices that help students safely release blocked emotions, we build a toolbox of
go-tos for reducing overwhelm.

These tools help them get there — and stay there.

Here’s how it works:

1. Exploration

Book a Call to explore
your successes, challenges
and needs.

2. Designing

Plan your customized sessions:
dates, times, locations, specific
activities. Prepare for pre-
assessment and deliver.

3. The Experience

Assemblies, interactive
presentations, live sessions,
classes, contracted activities.
Leave with immediately
actionable strategies.

4. Debrief

Review what students and
leaders can share with others.
We do a post-assessment with
next steps.

We gather together with students to discuss the most prominent stressors affecting them. When they connect their experiences at school, at home, and in the community, the group's focus shifts to exploring shared challenges.

Practicing the energy block release techniques of EFT Tapping, Jin Shin Jyutsu finger holds and hand positions, along with Box Breathing exercises, students and leaders learn easy-to-access tools to diffuse heightened emotions and return to a calmer learning frame of mind.*

*Equine coaching, meditation practices, and movement training in Level 1 Pilates may also be included in a comprehensive support package.

Students learn strategies to support:

Performance anxiety

Confidence and self-worth

Emotional reactivity and shutdown

Anxiety and
overwhelm

Focus
and
self-regulation

Social stress and peer pressure

Chronic stress
and emotional fatigue

The goal is not simply coping.

The goal is to support students to better understand themselves, regulate their emotions more effectively, and develop skills they can share with others.

Educator Resilience and Sustainable Support

Educators are being asked to do more than ever while carrying increasing emotional and mental demands.

Educators deserve to find joy in their profession every day. My educator trainings focus on learned resilience strategies that reduce burnout, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and support more sustainable ways of working.

Every interaction is a guaranteed immediate takeaway that educators can implement to benefit themselves and their students.

Schools, school districts, and universities that invest in educator resilience and retention see ripple effects across every classroom.
